When you opt-in to share information with and receive information from Davis Real Estate Inc.’s partners, your information will be shared with these partners at Davis Real Estate Inc.'s discretion. You may at any point withdraw your consent to share information with these third parties by sending an email with the subject "Do Not Share Information" to pattyd@davisrealestateinc.com. Davis Real Estate Inc. will stop sharing your information within 10 (ten) days after receiving your request; provided, however, that information shared prior to that time will remain in the possession of Davis Real Estate Inc.'s partners and may continue to be used consistent with this Privacy Policy.

Davis Real Estate Inc. may transmit your personally identifiable information to third parties involved with your sale and/or purchase (or potential sale and/or purchase) of real estate. These parties include, but are not limited to insurance providers, lenders, appraisers, home warranty providers and inspectors.
