Real Estate in the Clinton County market is thriving this year. Numbers are up across the board. The number of homes sold is up 13% over last year and the number under contract is up 25%. In addition, the average sale price if up 9%, to $117,178. So, if you are thinking about selling your home, this would be a great time to get put it on the market.

Good News for Sellers
The average sale price of a home in Clinton County is up 13% so far this year, at $129,591. Homes are also selling at 96% of the asking price, meaning that homes are being priced right. Finally, the number of days a home is on the market before it is sold is down 43%. All these statistics show that homes are selling much better and faster than last year.

Sunny Outlook for Spring!
Clinton County real estate is looking good going into the spring season. So far this year the statistics are looking good in every category. Pending sales are up 80% over last year! This number is really impressive for the fact that the winter months are usually a slow time in real estate. In addition, the sales volume is up for the year and the average home price is up 10%. All are great indicators that real estate is doing great in the county. With low interest rates holding, the spring and summer should be a busy one!
